What we do
We write plain-English guides to the questions Dollar Tree associates search for most: how to sign in to Compass, where to find your schedule and paystubs, how pay periods work, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Where our information comes from
- Dollar Tree’s own public pages and the sign-in screens at compassmobile.dollartree.com
- Public government sources, such as the U.S. Department of Labor for overtime and pay rules
- What associates commonly report in public forums and Q&A sites, which we label as reported experience rather than official policy
When something can differ by store, state or job, we say so and point you to your paystub, your store manager or HR as the final word.

What we will never do

- Offer an app, download or “unlock” tool for Compass
